Events

"Events" are information received from one of your connected platforms.

For example - someone tipping $10 might create a new "tip" event with the value of $10).

When processing Events, the status of each is displayed in the list.

Inspect - The "Inspect" button will open the raw contents of each Event. This allows you to inspect and expand the contents of your Events.

Retry - You can retry Events that have already been processed by clicking this button. This will add the Event to the end of the current processing queue.

What does each status mean?

• In Queue

  • The event has not been processed yet, and is in the queue. Please wait for it to be processed.

• No Alert Match

  • None of your Alerts matched the contents of this Event.

• Success

  • The Alert indicates that all Actions assigned were executed successfully.

• Partially Failed

  • Some but not all of the assigned Actions for the matched Alert didn't work properly. Use the "Details" button to inspect what went wrong.

• Failed

  • All of the assigned Actions for the matched Alert didn't work properly. Use the "Details" button to inspect what went wrong.
